1. Overview
DL25 (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital driving test reporting tools for instructors. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data belonging to instructors, pupils, and website visitors.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, school details, subscription status.
- Pupil data: names, contact details, lesson and test information entered by instructors.
- Usage data: logins, device/browser metadata, system telemetry for security.
- Billing data: Stripe customer identifiers, invoices, and payment events.
3. How We Use Data
Personal data is processed to operate the DL25 platform, deliver DL25 forms, provide customer support, and maintain security. Payment information flows via Stripe; we never store raw card numbers.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We only share data with trusted processors such as Stripe, email providers, or hosting partners required to deliver the service. We do not sell user data. Lawful requests from authorities may require disclosure.
5. Data Retention
Instructor and pupil records are retained while an account remains active. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymise related data within 90 days unless longer retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by contacting contact@dl25.co.uk. We respond within 30 days where legally permitted.
7. Security
DL25 uses HTTPS, role-based permissions, and logging to keep your data secure. Administrators must use strong passwords and protect their devices.
