Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a DL25 account or using the service, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you access DL25 on behalf of a driving school, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms.

2. Accounts & Access

Each instructor must provide accurate information and maintain secure login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

DL25 subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Stripe processes all payments. You may cancel at any time and access will continue through the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not share unlawful content, attempt to breach the platform, or use DL25 for anything other than managing legitimate DL25 reports. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Data Ownership

Instructors retain ownership of their pupil data. DL25 provides storage and tools to manage it. We may use aggregated, anonymised metrics to improve the product.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but provide DL25 "as is". Planned maintenance and unforeseen incidents may cause downtime; we will communicate updates via email or status alerts.

7. Liability

DL25 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

8. Contact & Changes
